Stuck Egg! Urgent!

Has she always had a hard time eating crumbles?

No, not unless her beak is overgrown, but it’s pretty freshly trimmed. I do occasionally feed her mash to ensure she gets plenty to eat and as a treat for special times like after beak trims and things, but she can generally take care of herself very well. I think she should be even better tomorrow, too, and I’ll keep working with her.

Thank you for asking and reminding me. I’ve been busy, and I kept forgetting to update.

Kevin is doing great! She’s back to her normal self and has taken up a liking to pellets recently. So far there haven’t been anymore eggs, so I haven’t been giving her anymore Tums.

Kevin just laid an egg all on her own! I was with her the whole time, and I didn’t have to help at all! This egg is about the same size as the egg that got stuck inside of her. I weighed it, and it’s 64 grams! I’m hoping she’ll lay all of her eggs like this one- nice and easy.
