Stuck in the car with a coke and a duckling

Okay so I'm normally pretty good at saving baby animals, but my dad just brought me a duckling from tractor supply that is dying and I only have a coke or water to give it right now. I know it needs sugar for neurological function but would coke hurt it?

Ok im not sure if coke will hurt it but, it should still have the yolk in its body.

It's suffering neurologically (you can tell by the physical position) so I gave it Coke so that it could get glucose to the brain
