I noticed last night that one of my Isa Brown hens (1yr and 4 mos) had 2 almost completely gray iris. She walked around seemingly fine except in medium sized circles. In the coop, she was able to find the roost after bumping into it and hopped up to go to bed. This morning, I noticed my second Isa Brown also had gray iris but appeared to move around fine. I've separated them and added some VetRx to their water. I checked the remaining 9 hens and a few have gray dots in the eyes but no full gray iris. All the chickens appear to be breathing without trouble. I have 5 other hens that have only rarely been with the others (trying to introduce them) and all seem fine and have seemed fine since February when we got them as chicks.

The only thing that my research has turned up is genetics (which seems unlikely in this case) and Mareks Disease (which I guess means culling the flock). Any help would be great.

She has gone blind in her eye(s) I have and had blind chickens they all had the same grey in their eye they can't see out of them you can test to double check by putting your finger in front of the eye to see if she reacts. My birds that went blind were pecked in the eye causing their blindness.

There are various reasons this could be happening, viral, bacterial, fungal, or injury.
The numbers you are seeing would be concerning. I would recommend that if you lose one or cull one that you have it necropsied. That would confirm or rule out Mareks as an issue and hopefully give you answers.
Here is one article on eye issues in chickens: http://www.raising-chickens.org/chicken-eye.html

She's not sick or anything it's just from an injury from when she was a chick she's 2 years old and has one good eye and it hasn't spread to anyone. I can't get a picture she doesn't stay still long enough.
