Sudden leg turning in adult Pekin

I have an almost 1 year old female pekin who besides being partially blind has had no other issues. Within the last few days I’ve noticed her left leg is now turned in... and she’s either stepping in it with her other or having a more difficult time turning using her left leg because of it turning in.
Any ideas of how to help her?

They eat Mazuri waterfowl diet currently.

Some ducks just need more vitamin b3 (niacin). I would supplement her diet especially since she's a pekin. You could add the liquid vitamin b complex or just sprinkle on some nutritional yeast. The b complex has some added b vitamins so it might be beneficial since it sounds like she has disabilities.
