I have a hen who is nearly a year old and just started laying eggs. She recently had a bump on her head which has gone down however yesterday suddenly her head was swollen and today i noticed her eyes are like bubbling a little bit at the front. She is acting normal eating normally and running around no breathing problems so I just wanted to ask if anyone knows what it may be.

It could be some insect bite or sting or some kind of respiratory virus.
Do you see discharge of her nares?
How does the inside of her mouth look and smell?
