Suddenly strange-acting, cold, limp hen - please help!

Please dont take offence, I dont mean for it to be but when you say someone shewed them off the deck is it possible they may have booted them off ? Possibly breaking an egg about to be laid ?

Not at all, it's an understandable question.
Usually my sister just flaps a towel or something at them, they move off generally if you just walk towards them. The deck is level with the ground so she wouldn't have fallen.

How old is she, and how cold was it today during the rain? Can you feel of her crop in the right upper chest, and let us know if it is empty and flat, or full, firm or puffy? Does she lay eggs? What does her poop look like?

She's 10 months old, had her Merck vacc as a chick. I believe it was in the mid-fifties (f) today, colder but not extremely so. Her crop feels empty - she was pecking at her food in the morning and acting normal. She hasn't laid an egg in a few days as she is starting to moult. Not sure what her poop looks like - there's a very small amount around her vent but no sign of blood or runniness.

could she have been caught in the rain shower scared her

It's possible, but they've been outdoors in stronger storms and they usually just come up onto the porch or into the coop. The only other thing I can think of that would scare her - as she's pretty chill - would be a hawk. I saw one fly at them a few weeks ago. I have an owl decoy up now, there's a lot of cover in the yard and our dogs go in and out fairly often, so I haven't seen much hawk activity, but I did notice the migratory birds are passing through and the hawks might have been active for that reason.
