suggestion for the new members forum

What do you think of adding a sticky in the "New Members" forum to houndit's sticky in the "Where Am I, Where Are You" forum?

I remember it took me quite a while to ever open that forum not realizing that things were already consolidated. It may help some of the smaller state threads get more business
