Super Worried, Possible Wry Neck, but not Completely Sure

Super worried about this duck, I’ve seen pictures of wry neck but this looks different. Maybe it’s an early stage, but I just need help with what to do and how to treat it. I just noticed this today, and haven’t seen any other issues with this duck, or my other duck until now (my other duck is just fine). It does get slightly better as the duck gets out of water as well. Please help!

If you suspect wry neck I would give human vitamin E softgel daily for a couple of weeks. B complex 1/2 tablet daily may alao be good. A little scrambled egg daily would give selenium. @Miss Lydia may help or you can post on the duck forum.
