I definitely acknowledge the fact that geese are stunning, I just know that if I get them either me or them isn't going to have a good hair day ever since. Seriously though, I have an obsession with domestic waterfowl that can fly. Unfortunately I don't think said goose breed exists. I do like Sebastopol and white Chinese geese though

Our local oceanarium has a bunch of penguins, sweetest little babies.
You can look inside their massive water area from underneath, and one was super interested in my bag

I seriously hate mud, and so do plants. I like my plants so I'm trying to come up with a smart way to have ducks, their water and plants

My mom has a large aviary with many different types of fowl and plants a lot of large grasses in there. The key is planting it when it's tall enough so that the ducks or geese can't trample it and making sure rhe variety is tough enough that they don't try to eat it.

I myself am trying to figure out how to control mud! I may try a better drainage system, change up my substrate And perhaps find a way to allow the water to run downhill away from their house area.
I'll figure something out...
