Im sorry :hugs
I hope she somehow pulls through overnight. This would be such a heart breaking end to her fight.

Is it not worth going back to the vet?
Noone would see her today. One said they would but then called me back and said nevermind, they were too busy.
I'm planning to take her in as soon as they open tomorrow but assuming for euthanasia. I hope she'll improve with her third dose of meds , which I gave an hour or so ago, but I'm thinking she won't.

Best to prepare for the worst. Still wishing you best of luck at the vets though. If she is euthanized tomorrow, I hope she goes peacefully. You did the best you possibly could for her, above and beyond what most would do.

If she gets worse tonight, which is my very big fear...how do we do it at home? I know there are all the ways people do it but am wondering if there is an actual peaceful option. Scared of what the night could bring.

Since she has her eyes closed and is very weak, she may go on her own. I would just keep her as comfortable as possible. They may thrash around just as they are dying, but it is usually over fairly soon. I do hope that she gets better, but with chickens, we all have to deal with eventual death of them.

Should I continue at all with the tube feeding or is it just adding stress at this point? She's been like this now for a little 24 hours.
Edit. Looks like I first posted yesterday at about 2 so it started a bit before then.

I'm so sorry for you and your sweet girl. I'd probably just let her rest at this point, but it's your call.
