Harli grinned back. The thought of having pups made her giddy with joy. "We all will." She smiled, and buried her nose in his fur.

"Oh, um, o-okay." Melanie said, eyeing Rex curiously. She curled her body around her pups protectively, trying to make her gesture look normal.

(Haha! Maybe she can confide in Jargo... When can Jargo and Harli have pups??? Maybe tomorrow she can just make the announcement, pretending that a few days has passed?

Rex smiled, looking at Melanie. His thoughts were coming in crazily. He had a plan like no other; a plan to keep his new family safe!

Harli wagged her tail, and tugged playfully at his ear.

Melanie looked up, smiled, then yawned.

(So we could timeskip tonight? XD That would be great. I only have ten minutes, so we'd better RP fast. What time is it out there, and what time'll you be on till?)

Jargo tackled her and licked her cheek. Then he leaped up, play-bowing and grinning.

"Just get some rest." Rex smiled. "You're gonna need it."

Harli grinned, and batted her paws at him.

Melanie smiled, and laid her head down. Her pups curled up together and slept peacefully.

Harli trotted out of the den, her sides larger than usual. "Jargo!" She squealed, and dashed over to him.

Melanie's pups were growing fast. Their eyes were open, and they were beginning to play with each other.
