Morning all.

Dentist and Cardiologist day today, I am not sure which is worse. I really dislike dentists.

Dentist. Without a doubt.

yep. He would get that drill in there, no water to cool off the area as he drilled, and I would be stiff as a board in that chair holding onto the arms on the chair. OMG! And I do not say that very often - ugh! Not a good memory. My sister says it never bothered her.

NOPE! Nope, nope, NOPE! There is no way I could have sat there! I have hyper-sensitive teeth. Lots of cavities as a kid, despite regular brushing and flossing. The dentist I had as a kid, when I would tell him "it hurts", would just say, "No it doesn't." and keep right on drilling. I am terrified of dentists. I like my dentist, but would prefer he stay away from my mouth!

Nothing real close, but always more worried about the ranch than here close to town. Just remember, folks, always keep defensible space if you live in an area that has a "fire season" instead of summer.

We were in Montana a few weeks ago. I couldn't believe how brown and dry everything was. Take care, and stay safe!

Hens/pullets are taking the golf balls out of the nesting boxes. I keep putting them in, they keep taking them out.

I took them all out. We'll see.

They are just kicking everything out while they make the nest perfect, keep throwing them back in, you will thanks yourself for it later.

Also I know someone said straw or hay, but mine throw it out. Try a different size or texture wood chip from what you have on the floor, or oak leafs.

I did some rooster cuddling tonight.

Here I am holding Knothead, who is either Wienerhead's Brother or Nephew. I a holding him Holm's style.

It seems to stop a lot of the squirming and negative behavior, I can see why Holm likes it..

Below is knothead sitting nicely and enjoying my company.

I also held deadeye Jack but he never fought at all as long as I had fake hamburger for him to chew on.

And he didn't drop dead? My, now that's a surprise. Holm must just have bad luck.
