I have been depressed all day, I have found the cause, it was the mean things said about Knucklehead by a couple people on here...

He is not that bad, I held him tonight without any major damage occurring. He might have knocked over a few things and scratched a tad, but everyone still has all their fingers and eyes.

I think he is really warming up to me...

Oh Ralphie. I guess if you still have your eyes he must be warming up some? Just watch him. The second you think he is tame is when he will get you I'm not sure what goes on over at MNchickmoms house but it must be quite disturbing for knucklehead

He was not subject to my daughter's rooster crowing contest threats so I'm at a loss as to why he would be going thru ptsd.

Ralphie I lost the Yoki rooster for awhile tonight. Not sure how he escaped but he did. He must have slipped out of his cage while I was swapping waterers or something... I found hime roosting on the David Brown... Then I set him on the roosts for pictures and back into his cage he went.

Well we are missing three retainment heifers. They were here yesterday and have not been seen all day today. I walked all the pastures to try find them but they are not to be found. They must be way out in the Tamarac... The Yotes were nuts in the pastures tonight... We will see what happens in the morning...



Also my Guineas pushed my buttons one too many times... They were caught attacking my Appletini... They now are living in the Tamarac trees and will either live or be food for the predators. At this point I dont care anymore...

Guineas can be like that...Yoki escaping is weird...was he hard to catch? He has not been free of a cage in a year....

I bought and set 3 of those Chinese finger trap type coon traps tonight.

I bought and set 3 of those Chinese finger trap type coon traps tonight.

Nope he was easy to catch. He and I are gonna be buddies... I can already tell lol. He is a sweet rooster. The hen is kinda batty but she likes flying up on the cages when I let them out and watch me. I am gonna make both of these guys friendly. And I think when I am done with quarantine I will just let these guys roam in my cage room so I have that extra cage. Then the rooster tail will be able to stay nice and not get beat up from the cage walls.


Hopefully you catch some coons! Those traps work wonders! Put some tiny marshmallows in there and crack an egg over top and they can't resist it!
