Cold here, I have hard sand...... It is so hard it does not even crunch when I walk on it..

I'm sitting 20' up in an 80' white pine on top of a ridge in this wind. Haven't heard a shot in 5 hours. I'd rather be here than lots of places, even if I can't feel my toes.

Goodmorning. I saw another monster buck this morning at around 250 yards. He was in hot pursuit of the doe in front of him. I will trophy hunt for two more days. After that I'll go back to meat hunting lol. Our group saw over 30 deer yesterday. Lots of does and fawns...

Good Afternoon quiet Chickeners , , , , me too. DH just returned home. He did not hunt this season. Maybe next weekend he says. the DS saw one deer but too far off. Now he is blowing out the sprinklers and shutting down the water feature. Its still light outside - he will get er done.
We are having one of our favorite fall dinners tonight. Cook Bacon crumbled over mashed potatoes with diced onion added on top and a vege on the side. Apple crisp does sound kind of good and I had better go get it in the over right now. Cook the bacon in the oven too.

I will check back in a while to find out what you chickeners are having for dinner. Any dessert with it?
