Surviving Minnesota!

Snow has started...it appears the weatherman is against us here in the Banana belt... snow for next 24 hours... at the rate it is coming down..it will not be pretty... and Judy will have a terrible time shoveling it..

We have a dusting in some areas and nearly a foot in other areas (up against garage door). :lau

All in all I estimate about 2 or 3 inches. My trusty dash thermometer read 32 degrees. It was just rain when driving in now it is more snow like.

We have about 3 inches of snow thus far. It started snowing about 3 AM and had switched to rain but now is back to snow. As you might suspect it is the wet heavy variety of snow.
The flock will not free range today as it will likely take a day to move the snow from there 2 acre winter range area.
Ralphie, I don't even like to touch those fish in that video. They are slimy and have an unpleasant odor. In fact catfish are preferable to them in my opinion, and I would not fish for those. Walleye is the only way to go.

For once we had a nice snow where it wasn't blowing every which direction. Looks like the cows will have to bed fed, this will be the first time this winter.

for being old and wise how can you be so wrong about fish?

Those are the best tasting fish in the whole world! I love them. I would rather eat them than have to choke down a walleye.
