Ralphie my electric extractor works very good . Only paid $212 for it with free shipping . Local hand cranks were that much and more . Needs 2-4 inches higher for 5 gallon bucket to fit under the gate valve . Very little vibration . I will add a wooden base next time .

Maybe you can get a hive from that Russian guy . Ralphie says they are very productive and gentle . I do not recommend package bees for a beginner . Get a hive and also put out a swarm trap . watch youtube videos on beekeeping .
A full hive from the Russian would be worthwhile.

I think I got about 180 pounds of honey off that hive…. They are gentle and made no attempt to swarm.

I had to add 3 washers under mine to get the bucket and screens under it.

I am excited to hook the drill up to it and see the honey fly!
