Surviving Minnesota!

Morning all. I am a little late this morning but it shouldn’t hurt. I didn’t have to set up Debbie today as I forgot to take her down last night.

so I could come straight to the stand. After fighting to stay warm yesterday I am back in full pumpkin mode. I hope it warms enough to take the insulated bibs off. Bibs are really for those poor folks that don’t have central heating in there stands.

We received a little snow last night. Just a heavy dusting. My truck was covered, the deck rail, etc. very little to none on the ground but still enough to paralyze Southie areas.

I am tired of getting up early. Let’s all hope I fill my tags today.

About an inch on the ground except driveway- bare dirt. The trees are coated and look beautiful. I want summer back.

Good luck to all the deer hunters out there.
The banana belt never gets an inch.

Oh no! I just realized I need clothespins in my stand. I have been laying wet stuff over board to dry them.
If I had clothespins I could hang a clothesline over the central heating unit.

Who knows what other uses I could find for them?

Hopefully, tomorrow the WW will lose a couple dozen clothespins. They can stay out here until next year so I don’t forget them then.
