I found cases of chicken livers yesterday, but our freezers are pretty full right now.

I need to go through them. I have some pig heads in them I need to haul out. I was going to make head cheese but I am so poor at making it, I couldn’t even eat the last batch.

I plan to use these for coyote bait.

I don’t care for hot head cheese either. Head cheese is Scandinavian and not Mexican!

So I mowed leaves and added them to the garden . Got most of them . Sunshine faded . I think I will do a evening sit in the stand . Mowed near the mean beehive early while it was too cold for them to be out .
