Surviving Minnesota!

Repeating oneself as one puts on a few more years isn't the worst thing that can happen. You just need to 'hang' out with older people who repeat themselves. Whole new conversations pop up from repetition. And repeating is better than not because the alternative of not repeating is, well, you can guess what that might be. LOL

And you only need one or two stories or jokes to be relevant, it is so much easier than being young...

BTW I was up until a little after 10pm last night, unless you count my little nap in my chair as sleeping time.

I should never have an afternoon Dr. appointment...
I normally want to be first one in at 7 so I can get home and get to work...I have a 3PM today and all I have done is waste the day because " heck, there is no sense starting that, when I just have to stop and get cleaned up for the Doc."

Last night I went to bed at 8:15 and did not open my eyes until 6:30.

The night before. I closed my eyes at 5:00AM and did not wake until 6:30AM. Totally sucked. And not sure why. Somebody else mentioned poor sleep Monday night. Was it on here? IDK...what was going on. But I had visions of getting a second job. Of finishing my bathroom downstairs. My mind was full of tasks and checklists.

Yeah I slept like crud all weekend. Last night I finally got pretty decent sleep. These drastic weather changes play heck in my head and inner ear

DH turned the furnace on last night and it brought my bator temp up a good degree or so. He simply doesn't understand the consequences of such actions. It also makes me think I really need to get rid of my wafer technology styro bator. However, I find that still air is a bit more forgiving when it comes to higher temps.

Has anybody seen this Ameraucana listing for Welps Hatchery? I'm curious to know when I'll get a magical yellow egg. I think never seems reasonable.
