Surviving Minnesota!

After I drink enough coffee to keep me going, I plan to start my fencing. I ordered 40o ft of 1/2 hardware cloth from Amazon, I saved 10 cents a foot on it over Menards. It should be here today or tomorrow. I plan to get the toad fence and incorporate the guinea gulag into the main coop and run. I will have 4 runs hooked together for a large covered run or 4 breeding areas, in addition to the others I have.
Your wallet must be hemorrhaging after that. Have fun.

Hello we have a mystery rooster that needs a new home. He was hatched in my daughters kindergarten class in May. We brought him and a few other chicks home hopping they were all females.

It had to tell from the photos but his tail is going to be a pretty black blue.

We are in south Minnesota and will deliver to a good home.

You will need something, I am not sure if a vet is required or not. Best call 320-231-5170 (thats the poultry board) and ask them..

I think I have the info in one of my thousand books from them, but not sure where I might have stuffed that...It could be under my weight machine and the Appletini nest..

These are the easiest waterers to make too! And CHEAP!

What do you think of the little Dom pullet in the first pic? She was squatting in her cage when I reached in there today. Her tail doesn't look like it had the nice u shape to it but she gets scared when I go into her cage...

So tell how to make them Holm - please.
