Surprise them with a trip to Hutch!...

Hi, Good afternoon... I had to leave early this morning for school. I was assigned to the first grade Class at Jackson Elementary. I was kicked out of school at noon, but it took this long to get back home.... This is the last Grandparents Day for my second oldest Grand-daughter. We had a great day with her.

I have paid to show 34 birds at Hutch. I will not be showing that many. I am having problems getting the bird quality I want. Losing those 80-90 birds in July to the two legged skunk of a person(s) has really hurt me at this time of year. I have under-sized under age birds or birds with obvious faults.

I am moving birds around trying to get the best possible birds I can. I am finding why I had moved some of the DOM pullets to the cull pen. I have rose combs that look more like cushion combs with a spike. I am just going to have to eat the point loss on them. I will breed them with the Males with extra large points in November for next year.

MY PC Males are great, Females not so great....

I am not sure I can show cuddles, he is coming in extremely white from this molt. I need to review the SOP's again and again. I wonder if I can dye them mottled.

My SS pullets are either too white or under-sized....

The legbars are Ok for what my goal is with them...
