Surviving Minnesota!

Idk if any of you guys breed Cornish but they are considering changing the standard for them. I really hope this passes! We only have one male with a pearl eye!

Jerry, would know more than I, but I do not think you should hold your breath on this. We are finding a small change even before the Official SOP is out on the cream legbars is a tad.........difficult to accomplish.

I know they tried passing this before and it didn't pass but it's looking like it MIGHT pass this time. But we will see

Ivie if you have the name of this wax or a picture of the can. Or even where you bought it I would be very grateful. THANK YOU in advance!

Okay - so this is a clear wax for wood and it is called Fiddes & Sons. Hmph - imagine that - I never really looked at the can and thought I had given it to my sister. Guess what I plan on doing now?

I am not sure what is happening. When I was outside doing chores, I could have sworn we had winter like weather.
Does anyone know has the Arctic circle and Permafrost line slipped south of Gull Lake and by how far?

What happened to the global warming I so had my heart set on?

This cannot be allowed to continue, we must reverse this. I am not sure how much more cold the bananas can take.

Erli she looks Nekkid.

Bentleyville was a one hit wonder. It was a beautiful and magical place but it is one of those things where you can check it off your bucket list and say you did it.

We had some fun on 35W by Carleton....The SUV in front of us found some black ice and by the grace of a superior non human power they managed to slid down the center median, navigate perfectly between the center wire barriers, spin and face the right direction (opposite of the direction they were heading), they were able to drive right out....presumably to the nearest gas station to use the restrooms. Just 1 mile down the road there was an 8 car pileup of vehicles that hit the ditch or each other. It was slow and go but it was worth the drive.

Emmm. No. I do not see any fun in any of this. :barnie:eek::gig
I am told to go sit in the back seat by DH all the time when he is driving me on less than hospitable roads. Apparently I'm a 'nut case' when we are skating with rubber tires.
Oh I'm so bad in these scenarios. Scared to death! I avoid winter driving beyond work and the school with a vehemence.

Tomorrow I go to Brainerd to the dealership for car Waterpump. I'm beyond 'excited' for that trip.
