Holy cats this is an old picture! But I still remember this day and many others like it! I can't tell you how many hours I spent down on Munson lake catching sunnies and bass aaaalllll day long!

Cloudy and snow flurries here .

You can keep the light snow flurries, my walk to the coop is covered in ice...I don't particularly care to cover it with a fine dusting of snow tooo.

I too had the taste for Spring....now suffering from Spring Fever. Though I would love to see some frigid temps for Super Bowl Sunday.

We had a few warm sunny days . So I had been working on the firewood pile . Splitting larger chunks . A few I rip cut with the saw . Makes nice noodles for nest boxes and stuff . Might have to try my hand at growing mushrooms . Been watching youtube videos today . I should have plenty of sawdust and such to experiment with .

Yesterday a 1502 Sportsman incubator was posted for sale for $450, 30 minutes away from me. It is in good conidition, but I really don't want to spend the money. So I started up a styrofoam one I was given from a stranger last year, there were some holes in the top, I am assuming for air flow that are supposed to have some type of plugs. So I stuck some kleenex in those holes and I will see how it does now.
I am really interested in the Sportsman but I don't think my parents will be very on board with the idea, and there are about 3 people ahead of me interested in it.
I have 7 cochin eggs set right now, and should be getting some more in the next few days. I am setting eggs until the 31st right now
