Surviving Minnesota!

They dig burrows . Many people are surprised they can climb . I have seen them in trees eating buds before things green up good . They normally wakeup in mid March here . Chasing and breeding are the first things they do . Greenery can be scarce in March .
I know I was just being a putz. We had one in a tree here. We use to have a pile of railroad post things and there was a family of te things in them every summer. Shoot the momma and the babies just keep coming out. I can’t tell you how many of those things I’ve killed.

Groundhog Day is a pretty good movie, an older movie I just recently watched and liked was the Truman Show, really interesting to think about.

I know I want them... But I also want some Black Cochin Bantams, more Buff Orpingtons and a Vexilar FL20. I also want a new coop and a million dollars... But my first list is a little more realistic...
:gig A million dollars and chickens quite effectively cancel each other out. Tough luck, bud.
