Everyone enjoyed the day yesterday. I locked ALL of my roosters up in a cage and let all of my hens out into the big run for some sunshine..

I put them all out last weekend... BAD CHOICE.... There wasn’t a lot of fighting going on but they were pains in the butt to get back in...

Oh Fake Eilleen,,,, this might be a pointless because-southies kind of question... but why do you have light bulb sockets screwed into a board and hung over Howard's pen?

he was "free ranging" yesterday and finally started exploring the yard.

He does look rather garden–statue-esque if you think about it.

I know right? I just happened to be able to snap that picture as he walked by my little version of a rain garden. Too bad it wasn't full of flowers like it will be in a month or so
