Surviving Minnesota!

Some rabbit stuff. We bought a Int. Fawn buck last weekend. Before state fair we bred our doe to one of our FG×ML bucks just to calm our doe down attitude wise for fair. The litter is 3 days old now, there are 12-13. Colors are broken black, broken gray, black, and possibly a fawn or 2

What, nothing written all day?

Sorry, I have been MIA. Been nuts here. Meetings and people to see everyday. On top of it we are headed to Alaska in one week.

I had barns to clean today so I had to miss tonight's meetings.

I went to St Cloud and got a couple tons of feed. Hopefully that will last me a couple weeks. I will be grinding and mixing in the morning, if I can find the time.

I thought I lost my Junior Turkeys tonight....but I found them, after I ran one to their coop. The others decided to roost in the rafters of the big shed. I assume because the floor is nice and clean, so they can poop it up and see what they have done easier......stupid birds.

I harvested my first chicken of the woods tonight, it was growing on a stump in the yard.

Oooh! Where in Alaska will you be going? We have been there - it's beautiful no matter where you go, I think!

My Brother lives in Palmer as does the WWD's Aunt and Uncle. My son has a good friend stationed in Anchorage we hope to see along with thousands of fish that are demanding to be caught and eaten.
