Cooped in at Hutch too! Brought 30 silkies in the show hall. 2 blew beards at last minute but brought them anyways. Ran into Isaiah and got to chat for a bit. I think I've passed Katya a few times... long red braid? Tomorrow I'll most likely be hanging out by a blue GMC and old red horse trailer. Have a ton of extra silkie cockerels left and brought some really nice chocolate muscovies out of the old Schulte line (1 old drake, 6 young hens) and 2 young silver hens that are a Schulte/Haefs mix. I can't sleep in a hotel bed very well .... 2:30 am and been tossing all night. My kid is loving the fact the hotel has a pool though. I have to head home this afternoon to check on my horses yet and back again Sunday morning. Thanking my lucky stars that I did stay tonight anyways since it got super foggy and doing that heavy misting. I only live an hour away though too.... Good luck to everyone today!

Good luck to you all in Hutch! Wish I was there..
I have a busy day...
Meet and greet in Rice at 9am.
Noon a meeting and social hour followed by lunch in Foley
2:10 I have a radio interview with Mitch Berg on the patriot 1280...

My birds are feeling neglected!

Good Morning all. Time to wrangle the kids awake. And to the show arena we go. We brought 9 birds to hutch. 5 buff Orpington inn junior division. 1 buckeye in junior and 3 buckeyes in open class. We left poor @camboy77 at home to do the chores and help his dad. Hopefully, he can join us this evening. Until then we will be celebrating daughters 14th Birthday in style.... at a poultry show.
