Surviving Minnesota!

I am a tad worried. What if it doesn’t rain today?

Can we survive a day without rain?

Also it would ruin a perfect week, as we have not missed a day this week.

I am afraid my turkeys might be growing webs between their toes.

QUIET Ralphie - you may wake the rain Gods! We need about 4 weeks of 25 mph winds and no rain to even consider harvesting this year.

I feel for you. Your soil is heavier than my sand, and I can’t even drive the bobcat without getting stuck in many places.

I had to put the truck in 4 wheel drive to back up at the barn to unload grain yesterday. And that’s on the road.

Judy was complaining the wild bird seed is rotting in the feeders. I picked the rest of the tomatoes and had to throw half of them because of mold.

I have been trying to level the soil where I ran the new water lines, I have given up on that project until next July.

We made it to 5:30pm without any rain!!!

it is cold and damp feeling but so far nothing has fell from the sky.

If we had clear skies I would bet on frost tonight. We have not had it, yet, here in the Banana Belt.

I looked at the forecast for the next week. It is not looking pretty next Saturday...

I will post the forecast, as a public service but I do not want Mnchickmom blaming me for it. The weatherdorks wrote it not I!!

Lucky duck. Didn't make it to 5 without rain here.
Frost tonight... again. Expecting that the water bowls will start freezing over soon. Been a bit of a late start to winter, but I'm not complaining. 40* weather is perfect for getting stuff done.
