Survivor 20: Heroes vs. Villains

I liked Tom better in earlier seasons, not so much this one. He seemed cranky a lot.
I liked Colby better before, too.
Rob & Amber have a cute little girl!! I like Rob, and I was really worried when he collapsed. So I didn't really mind him getting voted out since I felt like he might not have a whole season in him.

Yes, we're already counting down until next season. I hope it has characters as entertaining as this season's! The landscape looks

It was really interesting watching the reunion last night. It was certainly an eye opener as to why our favorite players did so horribly this season. It makes perfect sense that most of it was due to just...getting older. I loved it when one of the players (I think it was Russel) said that Colby was still the ultimate Hero. I know there is so much we don't see of the player's personalities due to massive editing.

And honestly, it was sooooo nice to see Jerri have a much better attitude this season. She was one of those players that we loved to hate. But she had also pointed out in a reunion show that the editing was done to such an extreme to make her look worse than she really was.

I wish that they would show older 'Survivor' reruns while we wait for the new season! There are several seasons that I've missed.

that would be fun to watch. I've seen all seasons except season 1. I imagine that Season One would seem very different to fans now: no hidden immunity idols, no real strategy, puny sets.

The recent elections in the UK, which resulted in a coalition government, got me to thinking about how they could change things up with the final vote on Survivor. I think that it could be interesting if the final 3 players could decided--prior to the final vote by the jury--to form a coalition so that 2 people could share the title of Survivor and the 1 million dollars. Survivor producers have changed a number of things up over the years to make things more interesting, and I think that the final vote is ripe for change.

Had Russel not bullied the women in his alliance he'd have a million dollar check this morning. Last season I don't think the players ever really figured out how mean Russel was and those who he verbally threatened didn't tell others they were allied with. This season the women he aligned himself with were much stronger players than he thought. They finally saw through his game. What cracked me up was Russel thought he had the win in the bag. He thought Sandra would only get one vote is she was lucky. I'm so glad Sandra won and Russel didn't get a single vote. But for the life of me I don't understand how he got a favorite award. The lying and manipulating didn't bother me but the the verbal threats and physical posturing against the women did. And when Rupert called Russel out for being a disgusting human being it was one of the best moments of the season.

What a bummer! It was very exciting watching the last immunity challenges!
And the 'strategizing & communicating' (aka backstabbing & conniving)

The only thing I ever liked about Sandra was when she burned Russel's hat. I was rooting for Pavrati. I thought she was WAY more deserving than Sandra. I really couldn't stand Rupert. We are addicted to the show in our house.

I can't believe he got so many people to trust him throughout the game! And they did - hook, line and sinker! Didn't they see how dirty he played in his first game? How could they possibly put their trust in him? I hated Russell - every episode I wished someone would vote him out!

Did y'all hear about this? http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/2925968/survivor_star_russell_hantz_arrested.html?cat=2
Arrested
for battery for throwing an 18yo girl to the ground during an argument. I have no respect for him at all.
