Swedish Flower Hen Thread

I was hoping some of you could help me with identifying the genders of my two SFH. I suspect one is a roo, but would like to hear what others think. They hatched on 2/3, so they'll be ten weeks old on Monday. Thanks!

How old are they? I reserve the right to change my mind if they are much older than I think, but I would say girl on the left, boy on the right.

my own eggs, I have 1 crested hen (2 non) and an uncrested roo. I also lockdown on day 19 (normally). I'm LOOKING for a crested roo, but not in a hurry. Leigh said I might be able to borrow her crested splash roo, but I might just see if I can get some eggs from him instead... I have 2 juvies that are staying (including one of the boys from your stock.) I should have kept the crested boy that feyraine got. LOL

my own eggs, I have 1 crested hen (2 non) and an uncrested roo. I also lockdown on day 19 (normally). I'm LOOKING for a crested roo, but not in a hurry. Leigh said I might be able to borrow her crested splash roo, but I might just see if I can get some eggs from him instead... Not to rub it in, but that crested boy, "B.V." is _really_ nice, by which I mean looks & temperament. He is in the pen nearest the house so free ranging right around the house/walkways/yard/dogs/housecats etc. and so far I've had zero issues w/ him which is great as I've had some other (non sfh) Roos who earned a ticket to freezer camp very fast.
B.V. appears to be covering every girl every day which is a little much but my solution will be more blue/green laying girls to fill out his flock asap until I can grow enough SFH to make that work.

The non-crested boy is #2 and equally nice, also doing his part to make fertile eggs ;>

I will need to do updated pics soon, both Roos are filling in body & tail feathers since the last pics.

I've seen both of them cover both SFH so no telling which is the daddy of the trap nested eggs, but the eggs are developing (candled again yesterday just to see it).

I wish we lived closer. I would like to have an uncrested roo and not use "Mister". I like "Mister". he's a good boy, but crested. I kind-of want to steer away from the crested boys.
