Sweet Potato Biscuits photo added

Your very welcome, but we should be thanking Mr Mayers , it was his recipe that caught my eye , and of course sweet tatter anything is a boon in my waistline lol
 
well I am going to have to tweek this recipie.
10 minutes isnt quite enough at 450. I am going to increase the temp to 475 for 10 minutes, these came out rather pale and flat,

but they are really tasty, made 2 dozen and there is maybe 6 left LOL

One thing aI noticed when mine came out of the oven and when taste testing was done and said.
this buiscuts seemed to take on a more cookish texture

I am going to play with the recipie and see if Drop buiscuts work better,.
with the nerve damage in my right arm , failure to rise could have been caused by bruising the batter, I have little strength control and tend to over compensate.
has anyone else made them and what was the results?
