Swollen and Bare Vent

Hi, I just got some new baby chicks and I checked them all for pasty butt. All of them looked pretty good except for my 2 buff orpingtons. I gently wiped their butts with a room temperature cloth and dried them with a hair dryer 8 inches away but marshmallows butt is bare looking and a little swollen. I did give them mealworms before I learned that you shouldn’t give them that until they are a couple weeks so they have a small bowl of grit. I’m sorry this was long but this is the whole situation and anything helps thanks!

update: I checked on the chicks and wiped the poop off their butts every 30 min - 1 hour and they are able to poop fine now. I think the grit helped too.
