Swollen and closed eye on chicken

Hello I have a Orpington pullet hen. About 2 days ago with something white on her eye which we just wiped off. Today I saw that her right eye is swollen shut and her left eye is almost shut. Anything helps thank you.

Sorry that she is sick, but it looks like a respiratory disease such as MG or infectious coryza, which cause sinus infection and conjunctivitis. Bubbles or foam in eyes with swollen eyelids and pinkeye are common symptoms. Does she have a bad odor from her face? If not, I would treat her for MG. Tylosin, doxycycline, Denagard, and oxytetracycline are common drugs available for treatment. If she stinks, it could be coryza. Sulfadimethoxine is the antibiotic used to treat coryza. Both diseases are brought in by carriers, and make the whole flock carriers for life. You can get testing usually from your state poultry vet, or try a national lab such as zoologix which sends you swabs for testing. Here is a link for tylosin:
