Swollen around eye, not eye itself, what can I do for her?

All I can think of is from Tractor Supply, I've visited no swaps nor have I visited other chickens or anyone been here, no new chickens either - or maybe wild birds. I figured they must have been exposed at the same time, but this is all new to me so thought it was worth asking. Thanks again Eggcessive, your knowledge and help on the BYC is a true asset

Day 6 Update - Yesterday was the first day all the swelling was completely gone, it was also her last dose of Tylan. She's been running back and forth in the house most of the day today, I'm going to miss the sound of the pitter patter of her feet but will be glad to boot her butt back outside too lol. Here's hoping in the next week she stays symptom free so she can return to her flock.
