Swollen cheek on BO not sure what it is..

Buff Orpington 2.5 months old , one of 13. No sneezing. seems to be as energetic as the others. None of the others are this yet. Noticed this this morning 6/17. This is just on the left side of her face. The right side is okay at this time.

Not sure what this is .. never saw it before on any other birds.
Im in Pa. In the Poconos.

Looks like a swollen earlobe. Can you check her ear canal for drainage with a QTip? She might have been pecked or injured as well.
