Treated it with hydrogen peroxide in the ear canal with an oral syringe from a bottle of cod liver oil, my bird's swelling is now mostly gone, as in it's gone from tumor looking to turkey wattle looking.

That is good to hear. Hopefully it won’t come back. Many fill the ear canal with plain triple antibiotic ointment, or even coconut oil to soften secretions, and smother any mites.
