I went to check on the chicks in the brooder and noticed one acting weird and noticed he looks to have a respiratory issue. I checked them all and some of the others have issues but not like the one. They are sneezing and mouth breathing. They are all 2-4 weeks old, I am very worried and completely deep cleaned the brooder and all feeders. What would cause this?

Do you have respiratory disease within your flock?

Photos of the brooder/housing may be helpful.

This may be respiratory infection as suggested in your other thread (linked below).

General care is to flush the eye with saline, press out any pus, then put Terramycin in the eye. Care for the eye at least twice a day.

Medications as suggested in the other thread may help as well.

Ive been giving them treatments since finding they had issues. The one in the picture died shortly after I made the first post but it was the worst of it. None of the birds we have had any respiratory issues besides the ones in the brooder. None of them came from birds we own, they are a mix of several breeds we bought. I am noticing some of them are making clicking noises when breathing and sneezing as well as mouth breathing. No bad smells on them or any discharge. Aspergillosis seems likely to me. Ive already disinfected the brooder, waterers and feeders. This is very worrying and not sure what to do with all these babies as I don’t want anything to transmit to the adult birds.

That's too bad if they are new to you. Sounds like you bought sick birds.

If possible, send some swabs to have tested so you can find out what you are dealing with. Your STATE LAB or an INDEPENDENT LAB can test and give you the most information, so you know how to treat and move forward.
I will give them a call tomorrow and try to send some samples in. Is it really possible its mg And not something else.
