Swollen feet in two chickens

I'm back from being away. While I was gone my pastor was taking care of her and soaking her feet. He's had hens but I don't know about his experience, my dad called him up last minute. Her foot doesn't look much better. The swelling might have gone down a bit, but I'm not sure. How many days of soaking for 30 minutes each day should it take? It's been almost a week of it. I haven't looked for limping yet today, since I haven't had a chance. Also, my pastor said she liked her foot being massaged. Is massaging good or bad for it? She was up and running to catch up to me this morning with everyone else when I got them food, so at least she isn't immobilized or anything like that. Still worried. What else can I do to aid the healing process?

No hypnosis or the like necessary, she's perfectly fine and calm with being in the crate and having her feet soaked, just lonely.

Have you tried to remove the scab and see if you can squeeze any solid pus out of the foot? Is she limping or having any discomfort? I would let her back with her flock. You can manage bumblefoot without keeping her crated.

Thanks for responding.

So I was soaking her feet every day for about two weeks, no improvement. Today I checked her foot and the scab seems to have gotten larger and thicker, while the swelling hasn't gotten any better or worse. She didn't look like she was limping though. I haven't been able to get a good look at the other bird's foot, but she isn't limping either. My family has agreed we aren't going to slice open her foot(it wasn't really an option anyways). I did push at the scab a bit, but it doesn't seem like it would be easy to remove without a very sharp knife.

I found my other RIR with the Bumblefoot, so that makes three chickens. The RIR that first got it is getting worse, the WPR is still limping despite what I thought yesterday. I couldn't get a good look at my second RIR, but I'm pretty sure she has it.
