swollen feet on all chickens

naaa Nikki is the only roo, and he is in some real pain I would think

just a quick note before i go to work. this is my first year with chickens so maybe i just need to get used to their winter feet. yes they roost on 2x4's, 4" side up for warmth.

they don't seem to be in pain so i'll experiment with keeping them in on cold and wet days. i don't mind a high jack the more the merrier. thanks for all your thoughts on the problem, oh and i only have one rooster. i was lucky only one came with my order and he is a beautiful buff cochin
