Hi , my baby Calisto also have earlobe problem what to do?

Mmh, yeah that looks very similar to mine...

If its the same thing as mine, I would suggest some anti-fungal or anti-septic cream (Just the stuff we use on wounds) and just dab a little on and let it sit for like 5-10 minutes. I just did this once a day and it was gone within about 1 week. (If you don't have any cream or anything, just use liquid anti-septic)
