Lyra glanced at the sky “actually maybe I would’ve been dinner” she smiled and patted the person on the shoulder “anyway. Thanks”, she looked the human up and down. They certainly seemed human enough, she looked at his hand searching with her eyes for a number at all like the one tattooed onto her hand. She kicked her feet out of the cocoon and fell in a heap at the persons feet, she examined the surroundings from where she lay, grey skies that were getting darker by the minute and snow filled wilderness just waiting to be explored.
But obviously not by her, by some adventurous person who had the guts to risk their lives for humanity and education. Then she saw legs, human legs they seemed, standing beside her. She held her hand up “I suppose I ought to introduce myself, Lyra. I’m Lyra”, she supposed she must have looked strange laying on the snow holding her hand up to the total stranger.
What if he is some axe wielding killer Lyra? You just placed yourself in a very vulnerable position and to be quite frank you would rather take death by a giant spider than by an axe.
NOPE. I would take the axe any day but that’s not the point. The point is if he wanted me dead why would he cut me out of the cocoon?
Use your head Lyra. He cut you out so he can kill you.
The internal argument was rather amusing, she had to admit. Her and her head were really argumentative, particularly with each other. The chill started to set in when it hit her she was laying in the snow. “We should probably move aye?” She suggested.
(That’s a reminder that I should be keeping track of the time changes XD Right now it should be Early Afternoon all throughout the game world. I’ll give posts when it should be evening, night, etc. But you can keep the darkening skies for an incoming snowstorm.)Lyra glanced at the sky “actually maybe I would’ve been dinner” she smiled and patted the person on the shoulder “anyway.
