    This might sound like a silly question...but what are tags for? So we can have more hits on a thread or post of ours if we include enough categories that people will be searching for?

    I believe it's similar to blog sites. The tags can link similar threads together. If you tagged Bumblefoot and others have as well then members an use the tag to find numerous threads about the illness.

    I don't think the tag list is complete yet and still evolving. But adding tags is a great way to link related material.
