I wrote I liked sushi but got a 99 because I don't have a thermometer in my fridge. Which I will have because I am getting a real inspection here shortly. I also know I'm supposed to have a fire extinguisher under my sink that is valid for this year. The questions didn't ask that, but I know that is a rule for sure. There are a few others I expected to see on there that I didn't that should have been there... sure as a thermometer in your oven. So I'm going to say a 99 is great if you only cook for your family. Though from the questions they ask... most of these things I've seen them teach on "Good Eats" just as how things should be. It makes me feel better about my inspection soon

Undercook eggs would be served "over easy" just the way I like them!

Im not saying what I got LOL but
I dont take jewlwery off-I scrub it with a toothbrush-wedding ring
I eat sushi
I eat undercooked eggs
sheesh thats all I can think of being bad???
I dont rapid cool food or seprate into containers
I do not refrigerate eggs immedialtey

I scored a 99 because I don't remove my weddings ring to cook.

I am extremely paranoid about food safety and I rarely keep leftovers. I usually cook just enough for one meal adding just a little extra for the dogs and whatever we don't eat they do. It saves me money on dog food and it's good for the dogs.

All my meat, fish and eggs have to be well cooked before I can eat it. I know that is so not cool but my stomach just can't handle undercooked foods.
