No. Only sometimes.

Yes and after just picking up eggs. I also wash them after petting the dog but no so much if I pet the cat.

When showering do you just let water run over your feet or do you stoop over and scrub them?

Almost always. Usually because if I'm out handling my birds I'm also handling my rabbits, some bedding, touching the chicken's dirty feet, or countless other tasks that I don't want going into my mouth.
If I'm just looking at them, opening the pop door, pouring some feed into a feeder, and picking up eggs I sometimes won't unless it's muddy/the eggs are gross. But typically these things also happen at the same time as feeding rabbits, doing health checks, turning compost, etc.

After working20+ years as a vet tech,horticulture tech,and research lab manager I still wash my hands multiple times daily.
Also scrub my feet in the shower!
