Bio: Xactra is it's nickname. Nobody know's it's real name is. Or what it looks like. Or acts like. It's because nobody's ever seen him before. In his time, Xactra is a mass murdering assassin who strikes in darkness. It leaves no clues. No screams come from it's victims. No fingerprints or hair. Xactra is almost invisible to them. Like a fairy tale. But he's real all right.
Personality: Unknown, nobody socialized with him and lived...
Powers: Also unknown, he's never been seen using any. But, he's never really been seen at all so...

Its not all about anime actually. You can make whoever you want, and just join! I'm getting ready to, just need to get everything straight... With my character I mean.
