Tried Air America. My hens became very angry and wouldn't lay til I recognize their union, paid union scale, got weekends off (triple time if they "feel" like laying an egg on weekends), free medical/dental, and a paid 4 week vacation every year.

Took 3 months of non-stop Beck to get 'em to see the light and behave "NORMALLY". (but now they want a dry erase board in the coop??)
