Taming Older Mallard Ducklings

I got my two mallard ducklings, Ping and Pong from a supply place that I rather enjoy and have gotten all my waterfowl from. Thing is I got these two from an older batch of ducklings that were already feathered but werent socialized with much. So they are very standoffish of me.

Any tips to turn then around?

I would suggest sitting down with them when they are out and about. This way they become accustomed to your presence. Say low and move slowly. We are tall and frightening to them. When you're with them offer them treats! There's a stickie at the top of the forum with a list of safe treats for ducks. I hear peas are a favorite, while mine love tomatoes. It'll take time and patience, but it'll be worth it in the end. Good luck and share some pictures!
