Tapeworms won't go away! Please help!

I’m just looking for something simple.
I don’t need to treat the whole flock.
Just this one emaciated bantam cockerel.
I don’t know what’s wrong with him. :barnie
A pea sized dollop of Safeguard paste sounds pretty easy peasy.
He needs to be weighed, then treated based on his weight. What breed is he?

He’s a Cochin.
I’m absolutely stumped.
He’s 9 months old.
He was in robust health; crowing and breeding with healthy red comb and wattles.
I decided to give him to a friend.
He started out okay at her house and then began to lose weight.
His comb and wattles became shrunken and pale.
He stopped crowing and breeding.
She “assumed” he was depressed because the little hen he was with had died.
He will walk around and forage and will eat but seems voracious for protein, grass or almost anything soft or wet.
I got him back from her after about 3 or 4 months at her place and I’ve been trying to get him healthy again.
She has another rooster I had given her that is completely fine.
Whatever is wrong doesn’t seem to be contagious as my other birds are unaffected.
