Why do some famous people’s stay then? They just have the money to constantly touch them up or redo them?

Well I imagine when you intentionally tattoo your fingers in certain areas with enough ink and apply proper aftercare they stay looking good for a lot longer but a lot of them blow out and don't stay crispy because fingers move so much and the skin there gets 100% sun exposure because most of us don't wear sunscreen lotion or gloves when we go outside or drive a car.
