Good for you! I am so jealous! I have wanted some for YEARS. I have seen them for sale fairly regularly over the years, but they have always been out of my price range when I've seen them. I would love to have some though. They are so stately and beautiful.

yep, they are deep pocket bird, all cranes are, that's why not many folks have them, LOL
Sure want some myself though, always loved the E.A .Crowns and demoiselle's

So Tall since the last time I saw them, hehe. Hubbys going to take pics, so I'll post them later.

Nate, yes they are usually a pretty penny.... I only got these because we personally knew the guy and he sold us the babies, which is cutting a BIG loss on his end because he could have kept them till they were yearlings and made much more. We have bought a lot of things from him in the past, so I guess he figures he'll get it from us in the long run with other purchases, LOL.
